Don is a dedicated retired police officer with over 20 years of experience as a school board president and member in New Jersey. He has successfully conducted more than comprehensive background investigations, showcasing his expertise and commitment to safety. As adjunct professor of criminal justice, Don shares his extensive knowledge and insights, making him a respected authority the field. His passion for education and community service continues to make a positive.
Larry Martin

Larry held the position of commander of the Investigation Division at one of the largest police agencies in New Jersey. He was responsible for overseeing the recruitment of new officers and managing comprehensive background investigations. His proficiency in conducting thorough background checks was critical to upholding the integrity of the department.
